International Youth Exchange and Education Project

“青年国际交流教育计划”是中国光华科技基金会新推出的一项由政府和企业联合推动，旨在培养具有中西文化全面素养的青年领袖，以期促进人类的和谐共融与发展的国际教育计划。
International Youth Exchange and Education Project is an international education program newly initiated by China Guanghua Foundation. This project has received a sincere support from Chinese government and many domestic prestigious companies, and has set its own direction on cultivating young leaders with both western and eastern culture and thought so that they can make their own efforts for social harmony and development.

◇ 国际交流奖学金

China Guanghua International Exchange Scholarship Program

向国内外中学和大学的学生提供获取在国外学习和生活经历的机会，激励优秀国内外留学学生以多种形式了解世界，培养世界未来的精英。本项目将把受资助方是否具有中华传统文化素养、全球治理理念、社会责任感作为重要考核标准，以培养综合型的高素质人才。学位时间为2到3年，国际交流参学（冬季、夏季）时间为2周到8周。
China Guanghua International Exchange Scholarship Program aims at (1) offering opportunities for both domestic and overseas high school, undergraduate and postgraduate students to study or have live experience in other countries, (2) encouraging domestic and overseas exchange students to know more about the world in multiple ways and (3) cultivating elites for the world’s future. The awareness of Chinese traditional culture, idea of global governance and sense of social responsibility will be the most important standards for the program to examine the quality of the scholarship applicants in order to reach the program’s task of cultivating comprehensive high-quality talents. The longevity of the sponsorship for students pursuing academic degree outside of his/her mother country ranges from two to three years and for exchange students (during summer and winter) is from two to eight weeks.  

◇ 中外青年领袖互访

Youth Leaders Visitation Project

为在国内外企业或政府单位已经取得一定成就的专业人员、管理人员提供在世界范围内学习更高水平专业和管理经验的机会，以便推动其各自领域的工作，并保持与访问机构不断的信息与观点的交流，与世界各行业建立起长久的联系。时间为2周到1年。
The project aims at providing opportunities of learning worldwide high level knowledge of management and other specialized fields for successful professional staffs and managers working at domestic companies or government agencies and assist their enhancement of working skills, the further exchange on information and opinions with visiting institutions and the establishment of long-term contacts with the world in each field. The longevity of funding ranges from 2 weeks to 1 year.

◇ 与世界对话

Dialogue with the World

与世界对话项目是中国最权威的青年国际交流平台，是中外青年与来自世界各地的国际政要、文化名流、企业精英等进行深度交流和面对面的交流与对话的公益项目，旨在让世界了解中国，让中国感知世界。
Dialogue with the World is China’s most authoritative international exchanges platform for youths, and it is also a non-profit program aiming at providing opportunities for both domestic and oversea youths to have a deep, comprehensive and face-to-face dialogue with international political leaders, cultural celebrities, enterprise elites in many areas around the world, letting the world understand more about China and making China know more about the world.

中欧交流年公益项目
Charitable Programs in EU-China Year of Youth  

2009年11月30日，国务院总理温家宝与欧盟委员会主席巴罗佐在第十二次中欧领导人会晤后发表了《第十二次中国—欧盟领导人会晤联合声明》，提出将“启动2011中欧青年交流年，以进一步促进和深化中欧伙伴关系”。 2010年4月29日，国务院总理温家宝与访华的欧盟委员会主席巴罗佐举行会谈时提出2011年为‘中欧青年交流年’。 中欧青年交流年是官方倡导的公共外交活动，是中国政府与欧盟首次合作开展的青年交流活动，是一系列大规模、长时间、大范围的青年互动活动，也是一次让欧洲青年了解中国、让中国青年了解欧洲的公益性教育活动。
On November 30th, 2009, China Prime Minister Wen Jiabao and European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso published Joint Statement of the 12th EU-China Summit after the 12 EU-China Summit. In the statement, both China and EU showed their intention of starting EU-China Year of Youth in 2011, in order to encourage and deepen China-EU partnership. On April 29th, 2010, when talking with European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso, who at that time was visiting China, Prime Minister Wen gave the emphasis on holding EU-China Year of Youth in 2011 again. EU-China Year of Youth is an officially encouraged public diplomatic activity and is also a youth communication activity developed by both Chinese government and European Union. EU-China Year of Youth includes a series of cross-national youth exchange and interaction programs, which will last for years and cover an abroad area.  EU-China Year of Youth is also a charitable educational activity aiming at letting European youths know more about China and letting Chinese youth know more about Europe.
